I am a Divine, Inspirational, Virtuous and Anointed Sister. I am beautiful from the inside out. I love my hair, my skin and all that is within. I love me. I am not defined by the media or my circumstances, but by my ability to rise above and triumph. My divinity comes from being fearfully and wonderfully made in God’s own image. I inspire others to strive for the best. I am a role model. My virtue is evident in my ability to make good, sound, and moral decisions. I will use my anointed talents to give back to society. I am blessed to be a blessing. I will love and uplift my sisters because there is strength in unity. I promise to let my light shine. I am a DIVA!
THE FOUNDERS
The Founders: Crystal Bell and Devri Mitchell are the co-founders of D.I.V.A.S.R.O.C.K., LLC. (DIVAS), which stands for Divine, Inspirational, Virtuous, Anointed, Sisters and Reliable, Obedient, Christ-Like Kings. This company was formed out of the friendship and bond of these two mothers to empower, uplift, and promote self-esteem in young women. Crystal & Devri are also creators, producers and co-host of the television show Reflections of a DIVA.

Our Vision Statement
THE NEED In today's high-tech, low-morale society young ladies receive mixed messages about what they are capable of and how they should behave. The DARSY Foundation will strive to deliver spiritually based, clear and positive messages to our youth on issues such as defining self, dating, sisterhood/brotherhood, achieving goals, and respect for self and others.
THE PURPOSE The DARSY Foundation envisions a community in which the youth realize their self-worth and value to society and are mentally and emotionally equipped to make positive choices for their future educational and career advancement
THE VISION
The vision of DIVAS in Training, Inc. is to help young girls realize their self-worth and value to society by enhancing their self-esteem and promoting self-empowerment. A strong sense of self will help them make positive choices for their future.Â
This program will also teach the importance of giving back to society and the value of sisterhood through Life Skills Training and Activities. By uplifting one another, we create an environment of progressive social change. DIVAS in Training will create a positive social network across class and cultural lines dedicated to achieving girl power in every facet of society.
